Readings are aimed to be returned within 3-5 business days however this is not guaranteed -

Readings and services cannot be commenced until the booking form for the service has been provided aswell as payment. Please be informed that for any cancellations of any face to face, Skype or telephone appointments a 48 hour notice period is required should you wish a refund, outwith these times I cannot offer a refund as my time was booked in session for you, Please give appropriate notice. Black Feather Psychic Medium reserves the right to make decisions based on the situation at the discretion of Black Feather Psychic Medium should a re-booking take place.
