Happy new year one and all! This is the perfect energy to be in as we take our first steps into 2024.. to start the year beginning to take those physical steps and actions towards a better future, As we are leaving the energy of the last new moon in Sagittarius things are becoming clearer and we can breathe a sigh of relief as we have also left mercury retrograde, Capricorn is an earth sign ruled by Saturn which connects with our physical world, this is the energy with a can do attitude that will have the determination to get the job done, this month you can find that you are more focused on your commitments, responsibilities and finances, you may want to get down to brass tacks right now, meaning you may want to start planning and scheduling for these changes you wish to make and see happening in your life.
Capricorn being a Cardinal sign means that you're at the start of the season.. which we quite literally are.. This energy represents new beginnings... this energy is a force of nature with a Can-Do attitude, This is your opportunity to become a leader, to be energetic and quick to take action, though, what is most important is to find balance because although this new determined energy is wonderful to be in, it can too have it's shadow side - you may find that you yourself or others are straight to the point with their points of view which may come across as harsh, it is an important time to lay down your boundaries and take control - but in a respectful way, after all Capricorn is ruled by Saturn who seeks boundaries and puts limitations in place but you don't want to come across as icy like Saturn's rings, so just bear this in mind this month, that whilst you can seek respect you should also give it to others or allow them the opportunity to correct any misunderstandings to avoid a fall out.
As you seek to make desired charges to your life, become focused on the goal - take calculated actions and don't hurry to get the job done, trust that good things take time because one small thing you do this month can begin a chain of events that brings you closer to your desired outcome of your situation, so finding that balance is key, if you allow yourself to be flexible and adaptable you can make the most of any situation you are faced with.

You don't have to prove yourself to anyone, avoid taking actions or making decisions because it will make you appear good or better than others, let go of the ego and do what is truly best for you and what you need.
