To begin, we are kicking this astrological new year with a bang! Aries being the first sign in astrology is really making some powerful moves this month, not only is it a full moon on Monday 8th of April 2024 but it is also a solar eclipse which will be visible to many of my friends in North America and for those closer to home we may also have a chance to partially see it from the UK and Ireland (of course weather dependant) and not only is it a full moon and solar eclipse but it is all taking place during a mercury retrograde! That is a lot for anyone to wrap there head around, which brings me to my advice for you this month.. don't underestimate the power of your actions this month.
Aries is a fire sign, being the sign of action, impulsiveness and appearances, it is ruled by Mars, the planet which represents war.. many of you may be faced with your own personal battles this month and because we also have this solar eclipse going on as well as the mercury retrograde, it could be bringing past events or even people from your past into the present, this is your time to rise above, use your power and strength to create good in your own life, to heal and transform from the past to move forward.
The overall energies coming with these astrological events doesn't really shout for intentions or manifestation, but rather tapping into your own inner sanctuary to calm your spirit, adapting and allowing the universe to lead you onto the right path, if you have had plans fall apart during this mercury retrograde then trust that this is the universes way of redirecting you onto a better path for the future.. this mercury retrograde will not be ending until the 25th of April so expect some miscommunications and things not always going to plan, it will be beneficial to take time in considering all your options before making any final decisions during this time.
Things that happen over the next few weeks are setting you up for transformation and new beginnings, if you lead with patience, understanding and optimism while remaining open to change and healing then you are setting yourself up for a great up-levelling for this astrological new year ahead.
